Kendall and Kylie Jenner go retro for the cover of ‘Girlfriend’

On Wednesday, Jan. 23, Kylie Jenner couldn’t hold back her excitement as she posted a picture on her blog of her and sister Kendall's latest gig for the Australian magazine “Girlfriend.” And underneath picture, Kylie posted: “Hey guys! Kendall and I are so excited about our cover for the February issue of Girlfriend! We hope those of you in Australia can pick up a copy! Xoxo”

Kendall, 17, and Kylie, 15, are pictured in full-on 50’s retro glam. The sisters look totally cute lounging poolside in two-piece bathing suits and all dolled up with a pop of red lipstick, classic winged eyeliner and perfectly poofed, pulled back ‘dos. Going retro isn’t exactly new with Adele giving nod to a slightly more sophisticated early 60’s style and Kelly Osbourne paying homage to retro style in January’s issue of Glamour. But, with the Kendall and Kylie having been voted one of Zimbio's 2012Most Influential Women Under 30 in TV, it’s a safe bet that we’re going to see the retro-glam look for Spring/Summer 2013.
