Kelly Osbourne has never been one to hold back her opinions and the “Fashion Police” star kept true to form during an interview for the January issue of Glamour, which hit newsstands on Dec. 14.

The 28-year-old star defended her lavender mane while showing off the hottest hair and makeup trends. Her trademark hair color can be seen in a variety of styles in a photo spread for the magazine.

Kelly said during her interview: “I dyed my hair shades of grey because I like it, and it p***ed a lot of people off. Now I get tweeted 20 pictures a day of girls coloring their hair like mine. So if you don’t like it, sorry -- you have housewife hair.”

But for all the fans that love her lavender hued hair, her biggest supporter does not. Kelly revealed that her mom Sharon Osbourne is far from a fan of her daughter’s hair color choice. “She wishes I would go back to blonde. She’ll call me, really serious, and say, ‘I think it’s time for a change.’ I’m like, Mom, you have hair the color of a fire engine,” Kelly said.

Kelly, like many teens, began using her hair to express herself at the age of 13. She chopped off her hair after a fight with her famous mom. She revealed, “When I was 13, I had hair the color of gold down to my butt. I had an argument with my mom and yelled, “F*** you!” and chopped off half my hair. My dad [Ozzy Osbourne] could not look at me without p***ing himself laughing.”

The style chameleon has colored her hair almost every conceivable shade, but there’s one color that Kelly will not ever try. That is the fiery red hue of her mother’s locks. “I would look like her mini me,” Kelly shared.
