Have you recovered from Black
Friday and Cyber Monday? Well, get ready for Giving Tuesday! Today, we're
reminded of the true spirit of this season and we're given a super easy way to
participate. What began as a "give and get" avenue for businesses and
consumers to donate to great causes during the holidays, has turned into a
social media movement. And fortunately, this year many of our favorite beauty
brands are donating up to 100% of their profits. Does it get any
better?!?
Charlotte Tilbury - Make any purchase online and Charlotte
Tilbury will donate 15% of its profits to Women For Women, an organization that
provides resources and support for women living in poverty. Pictured: Charlotte
Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow in Light to Medium ($68).
Free People - The retailer will be donating 25% of all
profits from online and in-store sales to Girls Inc., a non-profit that
provides mentoring and programming for young girls. With a selection of dozens
of beauty brands, there's a lot to choose from. Pictured: Kosas Color &
Light Pressed ($34).
Purlisse - This skin-care set of eight products is an
amazing deal on its own. But on Giving Tuesday, 100% of the profits from the kit will be donated
to Look Good Feel Better, an organization helping women in cancer treatment
feel empowered. Purlisse Skin Survival Kit ($76).
Lush - This cult-favorite hand and body lotion donates 100%
of its sales to supporting human rights, animal protection, and environment
conservation efforts. Lush works with dozens of charities — from BreakOUT! to Keepers Of The Water Council. Lush Charity Pot ($7.95) .
Morrocanoil - It might be cold and dry out, but this hair
mask will make sure your hair never shows any suffering. On Tuesday, 10% of all
sales site-wide will go to Inspired By Women, a short-film series meant to
empower women. Morrocanoil Intense Hydrating Mask ($64).
Today is a really good day to give back and finish up all of
that holiday shopping! To learn more about Giving Tuesday and how you can
